Document Production Request
Use this form when you need to produce or export documents for disclosure, opposing counsel, or internal review. Provide Bates information, desired file formats, text extraction preferences, and delivery details to ensure production accuracy and compliance.
Forensic Collection Request
Submit this form when requesting forensic imaging or collection of digital evidence from laptops, desktops, servers, or mobile devices. Include custodian details, device information, collection scope, and delivery preferences for proper chain-of-custody tracking.
Data Upload Request

Miscellaneous eDiscovery Service Request
This form is used for all specialized eDiscovery requests outside of data upload or production — such as advanced searches, review batch creation, metadata overlays, data exports, report generation, or workspace management.
